There has been a dispute on the repairs at hand between the chosen repair facility, 610 MOTORS LLC, and the Insurance Company, Acceptance Insurance. Acceptance Insurance has severely attempted to short pay the 3rd party claimant for the repairs associated with properly returning the vehicle to its pre-loss condition. We have made several attempts via email to reach an agreed amount. We have kept a well documented repair file via a cloud system that all parties have been able to access. This has obviously been a huge convenience for the appraisers of Acceptance Insurance as they have been able to access and work this claim from an out of state location. We sent 4 Requests for a physical inspection. Finally they conceded after the 4th attempt and a request of the law. Its a shame that 3 representatives we dealt with with Acceptance had no competency pertaining to PA laws. We currently have a dispute on many of the procedures and or labor times we have billed Mr. Torres for. Rest assured, they are as honest as can be, and there is not one bit of consumer fraud by 610 MOTORS LLC. The "industry standards" and or "Market area" comparison's Acceptance Insurance is attempting to use and manipulate their payout on the claim, does not alter or diminish the full and proper measure of the monetary damages. The repairs we have billed for are absolutely "reasonable" and "necessary" in properly restoring Mr. Torres vehicle to a true pre-loss condition. We have a whole email transcript we would like to provide that substantiates the reasoning for many of the repairs.
