Complaint Comments:
The entire process from the start has been a complete nightmare. 1. I was told by the Claims Adjuster to take everything out of my car including the license plate and my Las Vegas Raiders decal sticker that was on my back window. (Which was damaged in the process). 2. Nobody ever came to my house to assess the damage to my car. I was told to take photos and text or email them to the Claims Adjuster so they could determine what to do with my car, the very next day a Tow Truck showed up. (Attachment 1). 3. The tow truck driver had no receipt, no paper work or anything. I would not let him leave with my car until I at least got some photo of him and the work order. (Attachment 2). 4. When my car arrived at the Armstrong AutoBody shop about 5 days later, I received a call that the tow truck company shoved my entire front bumper and grill into my very clean back seat. (Attachment 3) 5. The Autobody Manager has been telling me the repairs will take no more than a week to complete, that of course was 6 weeks ago. After driving down there several times and many many, calls later, I had decided enough was enough the, 6. Because by this time according to your Claims Adjuster The rental car agreement was due to expire on 06/06/2022. I still have not seen where that is stated in my policy. Keep in mind I am a FULL-TIME ON-CALL CAREGIVER employed by CareBuilders @ Home. I work 55 hours per week at a rate of only $9.00 per hour. I am sure you could imagine with INFLATION that is not very much. 7. At this point I am now paying more for the RENTAL CAR then my actual CAR PAYMENT of $367.00. So, I called Jennifer Harvey to ask her to please have my car moved to a different Autobody Shop immediately because from what I have learned through reviews from other unhappy customers and from my own point of view, this Autobody shop is cutting a lot of corners and making too many excuses as to why he has not started the work. Needless to say, the Claims Adjuster still has not taken my car to a different AutoBody shop. To resolve this problem, I would like you to please help make sure my car is moved to an Autobody shop of my choice and reimburse me for the rental and other out of pocket expense. When I first learned of this problem, I contacted Jennifer Harvey at Claims Service Rep 724-838-8703. She didn�t call back for almost a week. So, then I did reach out to Curtis Taylor Claims Mgr. At 724-838-2622. I explained the situation to him he Stated there is nothing they can do. I believe that this response to be unfair and unjust because I have never missed a payment in the two and a half years, I�ve be a client of AAA. If you could please send me a written statement explaining your company's position and what you will do about my complaint I would be forever grateful, and I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this matter.
