Received estimate to replace right front fender and blend paint For 1100 dollars. After work completed when picking up car was told fender not replaced but repaired other work necessary to repair rust in other areas work guaranteed. Within 3 months paint bubbled went back owner agreed to repair offered to pay for parts to replace fender told not necessary. Again within 3 months paint bubbled again went back owner agreed to repair again offered to pay for fender part only again told not necessary. Repair completed aug 22 it has only been a month Bubbles back it is obvious repairs where not completed properly Any help would be appreciated.
